Same issue as Princess Nest bellow:

"When I start the game, I get the menu screen but can't select anything with keyboard, mouse or controller. I have to use task manager to close it and it tells me "fatal error, the application lost the device context." Except I don't even get the fatal error message, it is just a frozen unworking app window.

Already tried run as admin, changing folder location, rebooting the pc. No luck.

I have no clue as to what is going on or what I am supposed to do at all lol

No luck, sadly.  Earlier it was indeed on the downloads folder, but now I unpacked it to a folder directly on main C drive.

The first screenshot is without admin privileges, and the second one with admin privileges, it didnt seem to make any difference.

I'm on x64, Windows 8, if that helps.

For me it was unplayable due to different errors and crashes, couldn't get past 5 minutes of playtime.

One of the erros was when trying to create the very first world:

"ERROR in

action number 6
of  Step Event
for object Control:

File is not opened for reading.".

I tried ignoring it, the game crashed.

2nd try: Got to create a world succesfully, but when trying to access any of the guides, the game crashes and I have to reload.

The game creashed a few times for me, here are the logs. Eventually I managed to complete it saving constantly:

Understood! Thank you very much for the reply!

How many players is this intended for? 2+, 3+?

I gotta admit that I played this game for way longer than I thought I would. Nice game, looking forward for more.
